新型纳米隔热材料在钢包节能减排上的应用

摘  要:降低炼钢钢包钢液温降,有利于降低冶炼成本、提高铸坯质量。针对某炼钢厂120 t转炉出钢后钢包散热快的问题,采用新型纳米隔热材料与现有普通纳米隔热材料在实验室950℃进行灼烧对比,发现新型纳米隔热板不粉化,而普通纳米隔热板受力易粉化,且失重大。同时将上述两种材料在120 t钢包上进行钢水过程温降工艺试验,结果表明:采用新型纳米隔热板的钢包较使用普通隔热板的钢包包壳温度降低25~60℃;使用新型纳米隔热材料的钢包钢水温降比使用普通纳米隔热材料少4~5℃/min。新型纳米隔热材料保温性能良好,能够减少钢包散热,降低精炼电耗,达到了企业节能、减碳工作的目的。Reducing the temperature drop of molten steel in steelmaking ladles is beneficial for reducing smelting costs and improving the quality of castings.In response to the problem of fast heat dissipation of the ladle after tapping from a 120-ton converter in a certain steel plant,a new type of nano thermal insulation material was used to compare with the existing ordinary nano thermal insulation material at 950℃in the laboratory.It was found that the new nano thermal insulation sheet does not pulverize,while the ordinary nano thermal insulation sheet is prone to pulverization under stress and is not significant.At the same time,the above two materials are subjected to temperature drop process experiments on a 120-ton ladle.The results shows that the temperature of the ladle shell using the new nano thermal insulation sheet is reduced by 25-60℃compared to that using ordinary thermal insulation sheets;The temperature drop of steel in the ladle using new nano thermal insulation materials is 4-5℃/min less than that using ordinary nano thermal insulation materials.The new nano thermal insulation material has good insulation performance,which can reduce the heat dissipation of the ladle,reduce refining electricity consumption,and achieve the goal of energy conservation and carbon reduction in enterprises.
