摘  要:针对42CrMo圆钢拉拔开裂的问题,通过使用直读光谱仪(OES)、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等观察分析手段,对缺陷试样进行了化学成分检测、金相检测、扫描电镜分析等。结果表明:拉拔过程中润滑不良,导致钢材表面产生横向裂纹,破坏了基体的连续性,严重降低了钢材的拉拔抗力,是42CrMo圆钢拉拔开裂的主要原因。In order to solve the problem of drawing cracking of round steel 42CrMo,the chemical composition,metallography and SEM of the defective specimens were detected by optical emission spectrometer(OES),optical microscope(OM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the poor lubrication during the drawing process leads to transverse cracks on the surface of the steel,which destroy the continuity of the matrix and seriously reduce the drawing resistance of the steel,which is the main reason for the cracking of the round steel.
