摘 要:在长流程钢铁行业中,约有35.0%的能源以副产煤气的形式存在,因此如何科学规划和高效利用煤气资源已成为企业能效提升方案中的重要部分。本文基于国内某长流程钢铁企业二期项目投产的铁钢生产变化,利用长周期的生产数据测算煤气平衡情况,并通过调研国内众多钢铁企业煤气发电技术的应用情况,引入超临界中间再热煤气发电技术,实现了煤气资源的100.0%利用、能效提升约3.5%、单位发电成本下降0.09元以及投资的快速回收。通过本案例以期为同类型钢铁企业煤气平衡科学规划和高效利用提供一定参考。About 35.0%of energy exists in the form of by-product gas in the steel industry with a long process flow.Therefore,how to scientifically plan and efficiently utilize gas resources has become an important part of enterprise energy efficiency improvement plans.This article is based on the changes in iron and steel production during the second phase of a domestic long process steel enterprise project.Long cycle production data are used to calculate the gas balance situation.Through research on the application of gas power generation technology in many domestic steel enterprises,supercritical intermediate reheating gas power generation technology is introduced,achieving 100.0%utilization of gas resources,an energy efficiency improvement of about 3.5%,a unit power generation cost reduction of 0.09 yuan,and rapid investment recovery.Through this case study,we aim to provide some reference for the scientific planning and efficient utilization of gas balance in similar steel enterprises.
