提高直供型混匀矿SiO_(2)稳定率的生产实践

摘　　要：分析了在唐钢直供型混匀矿生产过程中,影响混匀矿稳定性的主要因素。通过优化仓位控制、合理使用块矿返粉、调整高返使用规范等技术措施以及新增除尘灰仓、更换微晶衬板、增加高压气力清仓装等手段,使得直供型混匀矿SiO_(2)±0.3%稳定率由之前的85.85%提高到88.27%以上,混匀矿SiO_(2)标准差由0.253降低到0.219,很好的满足了烧结、高炉工序的精料要求。The main factors affecting the stability of blended ore in the production process of Tangsteel direct supply blended ore are analyzed.By optimizing the bin position control,rational use of lump ore return ore powder,adjusting the blast furnace return ore use specification and other technical measures,as well as adding dust removal ash warehouse,replacing microcrystalline lining board,increasing high-pressure pneumatic clearance loading and other means,the stability rate of SiO_(2)±0.3%of direct supply blended ore is increased from 85.85%to more than 88.27%,and the standard deviation of SiO_(2) of blended ore is reduced from 0.253 to 0.219,which well meets the concentrate requirements of sintering and blast furnace processes.
