摘　　要：新质生产力是生产力的先进代表,在经济学角度是以科技为重要支撑、高质量发展为重要指引的新发展质态。从哲学角度来看,新质生产力体现了唯物辩证法的对立统一规律和质量互变规律的基本思想。非物质文化遗产是我国文化产业发展的重点任务和难题,面临着储备力量不够、创新动力不足、革新意识不强、宣传范围不广等问题,新质生产力能够从新质劳动者、新质劳动资料和新质劳动对象的维度进行发展赋能,通过创新人才培养模式,抓住前沿技术的关键变量以及提升非遗传承的最终成效,实现非物质文化遗产的高质量发展,以经济的高质量发展推进中国式现代化。The new quality productivity is the advanced representative of the productive forces,and from the perspective of economics,it is a new development quality with science and technology as an important support and high-quality development as an important guide.From a philosophical point of view,the new qualitative productive forces embody the basic idea of the law of the unity of opposites and the law of mutual change of quality in materialist dialectics.Intangible cultural heritage is the key task and problem of the development of China's cultural industry,facing the problems of insufficient reserve strength,insufficient innovation power,weak sense of innovation,and not wide scope of publicity.
