摘 要:本文以某燃煤电厂烟塔合一高盐循环水排污水为试验对象,采用无定形碳为电极,对燃煤电场引入电吸附技术来处理高盐循环水的除盐效果开展中试试验,研究该设备的运行稳定性、经济性、除盐效果以及对各种离子的去除效果。结果表明:该技术在中试规模上是可行的,设备可实现长期稳定运行,保持产水率不低于95%;平均除盐率达到53.98%;对氯离子的平均去除率为72.65%,硫酸根离子平均去除率为51.22%,总硬度的平均去除率为73.40%,钙硬的平均去除率为71.84%,镁硬的平均去除率为70.16%;该设备除盐效果随流速降低而表现更优,但设备能耗和吨水处理成本也随流速降低而升高,为保证产水率不低于95%,中试阶段选取了2.0 m^(3)/h的进水流速,平均吨水电耗为1.95 kW·h,平均运行成本为0.82元/t。This article takes the high salt circulating water discharge water from a coal-fired power plant as the experimental object,uses amorphous carbon as the electrode,and conducts pilot tests on the desalination effect of introducing electro adsorption technology to treat high salt circulating water in the coal-fired power plant.The stability,economy,desalination effect,and removal effect of various ions of the equipment are studied.The results indicate that the technology is feasible on a pilot scale,and the equipment can achieve long-term stable operation,maintaining a water production rate of not less than 95%;The average desalination rate reached 53.98%;The average removal rate of chloride ions is 72.65%,the average removal rate of sulfate ions is 51.22%,the average removal rate of total hardness is 73.40%,the average removal rate of calcium hardness is 71.84%,and the average removal rate of magnesium hardness is 70.16%;The desalination effect of the equipment is better with the decrease of flow rate,but the energy consumption and ton water treatment cost of the equipment also increase with the decrease of flow rate.To ensure that the water production rate is not less than 95%,a water inlet flow rate of 2.0 m^(3)/h was selected in the pilot stage,with an average ton water consumption of 1.95 kW·h and an average operating cost of 0.82 yuan/t.
