摘 要:以乙二醇为交联剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备不同乙二醇添加量的LiAl_(4.8)Ga_(0.2)O_(8)∶0.04Cr^(3+)荧光粉,使用X射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、荧光光谱仪对样品的物相结构、形貌和发光性能等表征和分析。结果表明:乙二醇作为交联剂,对样品的晶体结构没有影响,可以减少硬团聚,使得荧光粉颗粒边界清晰,分散性较好,提高发光强度。样品的两个激发峰位于394 nm和567 nm,最佳发射峰位于713 nm。该荧光光谱表明LiAl_(4.8)Ga_(0.2)O_(8)∶0.04Cr^(3+)荧光粉能够将对植物有害的紫外光和无用的黄绿光转化为与植物光敏色素吸收光谱重叠的远红光,表明该荧光粉作为一种转光剂在农业生产中具有潜在的应用价值。LiAl_(4.8)Ga_(0.2)O_(8)∶0.04Cr^(3+)phosphor was prepared using the sol-gel method with ethylene glycol as a cross-linking agent.The phase structure,morphology,and luminescent performance of the samples were characterized and analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscope,and fluorescence spectrometer.Ethylene glycol can improve the gel stability,prevent excessive proximity between particles and reduce the generation of particle hard agglomeration.The results show that ethylene glycol,as a cross-linking agent,has no effect on the crystal structure of the sample.The two excitation peaks of the samples are located at 394 nm and 567 nm and the optimal emission peak position is located at 713 nm.The samples can emit far-red light excited by ultraviolet and yellow-green light,overlapped well with the absorption spectrum of plant photosynthetic pigments.These results demonstrate that this phosphor has potential application as a light conversion agent in agricultural production.
