摘  要:采用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混的方法,制备了以聚苯对二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)为基材的无卤阻燃增强材料,系统研究了配方组分对复合材料各方面性能的影响。结果表明,可通过调整PBT树脂粘度来调控材料体系的流动性,并且不会影响到材料的阻燃、力学和灼热丝性能;玻璃纤维的单丝直径越小,材料的机械强度越大。提高玻纤含量,可延长材料的灼热丝起燃时间;无卤阻燃剂在赋予材料优异阻燃性能的同时,会严重劣化材料的力学性能。通过调整无卤阻燃剂复配比例,可以延长材料的灼热丝起燃时间,对灼热丝性能有利。A halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced material based on polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)was prepared using a twin-screw extruder for melt blending.The effects of formulation components on various properties of the composite material were systematically investigated.The results indicate that the fluidity of the material system can be regulated by adjusting the viscosity of PBT resin without affecting the flame retardancy,mechanical properties,and glow-wire performance of the material.The smaller the mono-filament diameter of the glass fiber,the greater the mechanical strength of the material.Increasing the glass fiber content can extend the glow-wire ignition time of the material.While halogen-free flame retardants impart excellent flame retardancy to the material,they significantly deteriorate its mechanical properties.By adjusting the compounding ratio of halogen-free flame retardants,the glow-wire ignition time of the material can be extended,which is beneficial to its glow-wire performance.
