摘 要:本文研究从氯化铵沉铂后的含铂溶液中树脂吸附法进行铂金属吸附,达到铂金属与杂质金属进行分离同时富集铂金属。选择使用商业化离子交换树脂:A800、B800、C700、D900,在铂金属含量为215 mg/L的沉铂后液,挑选性能最优的离子交换树脂,探究溶液pH值、吸附时间、溶液氧化还原电位等因素对树脂吸附效果的影响。结果表明,D900树脂在实验条件为沉铂后液的pH值为1.5、氧化还原电位为600 mV、吸附时间为48 h,对沉铂后液经D900树脂吸附后溶液中铂金属残留量为1 mg/L、铂吸附率为99.53%,达到最佳值。In this paper the adsorption of platinum group by resin adsorption method from the liquid after platinum precipitation with ammonium chloride is studied,so that platinum group can be separated from impurity metals and enriched at the same time.In this paper,commercial ion exchange resin is selected:A800,B800,C700,D900 were selected from the platinum precipitation solution with 215 mg/L platinum content to explore the effects of pH value,adsorption time,solution REDOX potential and other factors on the adsorption effect of the resin.The results showed that the optimal experimental conditions of D900 resin were pH value 1.5,reoxidation potential 600 mV,adsorption time 48 h,residual platinum in the solution after platinum precipitation solution was adsorbed by D900 resin was 1 mg/L,and platinum adsorption rate was 99.53%.
