摘  要:建立了一种使用响应面法优化胡芦巴碱提取的方法。将胡芦巴中提取出的胡芦巴碱在单因素试验的基础上进行Plackett-Burman优化、响应面优化,研究了提取温度、提取时间、粒度的最优条件及其交互作用,得出最优提取条件,通过响应面法得到最佳工艺条件为粒度76目,提取时间4 h,提取温度71℃,利用design-expert绘制了三维响应面,结果表明,各因素对得率的影响显著且交互作用明显,使用此方法可以快速、高效地实现胡芦巴碱提取。a response surface methodology was developed to optimize the extraction process of fenugreek base.Based on a single-factor experiment,Plackett-Burman optimization and response surface optimization techniques were employed to investigate the optimal conditions for extraction temperature,extraction time,particle size,and their interactions.The obtained conditions led to the optimal extraction parameters.Specifically,the response surface methodology determined a particle size of 76 mesh and extraction time of 4 hours,with an extraction temperature of 71℃.By utilizing design-expert software,a three-dimensional response surface was plotted.The results demonstrated the significant influence of various factors on the extraction rate,along with obvious interactions.This method offers a quick and efficient approach for extracting fenugreek base.
