摘 要:目的:优化龙血竭提取工艺和干燥方法;方法:本研究采用回流提取、超声提取、渗漉提取法、索氏提取法提取制备龙血竭,比较不同提取方法对龙血竭的得膏率、总黄酮的含量以及龙血素B的含量的影响;随后选出的在最佳条件下提取龙血竭浓缩液采用微波干燥、常压干燥、冷冻干燥、真空干燥法干燥方式制备龙血竭,比较不同干燥方式的干燥速率,总黄酮的含量及龙血素B的含量;结果:通过不同的提取方法的比较,渗漉提取法最合适龙血竭的提取;微波干燥龙血竭所用时间最短,微波干燥中样品中总黄酮和龙血素B含量较高。结论:渗漉提取法是比较适合龙血竭的提取,微波干燥法为龙血竭的理想干燥方法。Objective:To optimize the extraction process and drying method of dragon blood.Method:This study used reflux extraction,ultrasonic extraction,percolation extraction,and Soxhlet extraction methods to extract and prepare Dragon's Blood.Comparing the effects of different extraction methods on the yield of dragon blood extract,the content of total flavonoids,and the content of dragon blood extract B.Subsequently,the selected concentrated solution of dragon's blood was extracted under the best conditions and dried using microwave drying,atmospheric pressure drying,freeze-drying,and vacuum drying methods to prepare dragon's blood.Comparing different drying methods requires drying rate,total flavonoid content,and content of dragon's blood extract B.Result:By comparing different extraction methods,the percolation extraction method is the most suitable for extracting dragon's blood.The microwave drying of dragon's blood takes the shortest time,and the content of total flavonoids and Dragon's Blood B in the sample is higher during microwave drying.Conclusion:The percolation extraction method is more suitable for the extraction of dragon's blood,and the microwave drying method is the ideal drying method for dragon's blood.
