摘 要:为了提高亳菊产黄酮的效率,采用亳州市谯城区十八里镇亳菊种植基地新鲜亳菊植株,对其进行消毒后取根、茎、叶、花,分离出亳菊内生真菌9株。通过薄层色谱和显色反应筛选出4个产黄酮菌株,并对产黄酮菌株进行总黄酮含量测定。通过形态学和分子生物学鉴定,得出菌株PHD、PJB、GHH和PHA均为链格孢属。其中产总黄酮能力最高的菌株是PHD,产量为7.735 mg/L;菌株PHA、PJB和GHH的黄酮产量分别为3.090 mg/L、2.376 mg/L和0.768 mg/L。本研究为亳菊内生真菌资源的开发利用奠定了基础。In order to improve the efficiency of flavonoid production,fresh Boju plants were taken from Boju planting base in Shibali Town,Qiaocheng District,Bozhou City.After disinfection,root,stem,leaf and flower were taken to isolate 9 Boju endophytic fungi.Four flavonoid strains were screened by TLC and chromogenic reaction,and the total flavonoid content was determined.Through morphological and molecular biological identification,the strains PHD,PJB GHH and PHA were identified as Alternaria.The strain with the highest flavonoids production capacity was PHD,which was 7.735 mg/L.The yield of PHA,PJB and GHH were 3.090 mg/L,2.376 mg/L and 0.768 mg/L,respectively.This study laid a foundation for the development and utilization of endophytic fungi resources in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat‘boju’.
