摘 要:聚甲氧基二甲醚产品可作为清洁柴油调和组分,可改善柴油在发动机中的燃烧质量,以受到国内外各行业的广泛关注。本文综述了近几年聚甲氧基二甲醚工业化最新进展,根据聚甲氧基二甲醚合成路线的不同,分别介绍了以甲醇与甲醛合成路线、甲缩醛与多聚甲醛合成路线、甲缩醛与甲醛合成路线、甲缩醛与水合成路线的四中已经实现工业产业化的路线;最后对聚甲氧基二甲醚工业化道路上存在的问题,进行简单的剖析,只有通过改进工艺、提高催化剂的性能,才能解决工业化道路上的降本增效问题。Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers products can be used as a blending component for clean diesel,which can improve the combustion quality of diesel in engines and has attracted widespread attention from various industries at home and abroad.This article reviews the latest progress in the industrialization of Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers in recent years.Based on the different synthesis routes of Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers,four routes that have achieved industrial industrialization are introduced,including methanol and formaldehyde synthesis route,Methylal and Paraformaldehyde synthesis route,Methylal and formaldehyde synthesis route,and Methylal and water synthesis route;Finally,a simple analysis is conducted on the problems existing in the industrialization of Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers.Only by improving the process and enhancing the performance of the catalyst can the cost reduction and efficiency enhancement problems on the industrialization road be solved.
