摘 要:随着塑料污染持续增加,微塑料会危害生态环境,并对人体健康产生威胁。污水处理厂是微塑料的主要来源之一,微塑料经过污水处理厂处理后至少有90%的微塑料富集于剩余活性污泥(WAS)中。本文梳理了污水处理厂中微塑料的分布和归趋,重点阐述了污水处理厂中微塑料的类型、尺寸、含量和浸出物对污泥厌氧消化过程的影响,进一步探讨了微塑料与重金属、抗生素等污染物共存对污泥厌氧消化的影响。研究发现不同种类和尺寸的微塑料影响均呈现低浓度不显著、高浓度抑制作用,微塑料还会作为其他污染物载体产生更大的复合污染。基于现有研究,需要更加关注微塑料胁迫作用下的复合污染对微生物群落及生态环境的影响。As plastic pollution continues to increase,microplastics can harm the ecological environment and pose a threat to human health.Sewage treatment plants are one of the main sources of microplastics,and at least 90%of microplastics after treatment by sewage treatment plants are enriched in the remaining activated sludge(WAS).In this paper,the distribution and trend of microplastics in sewage treatment plants were reviewed,and the influence of the type,size,content and extract of microplastics in sewage treatment plants on the anaerobic digestion process of sludge was emphasized.The influence of coexistence of microplastics with pollutants such as heavy metals and antibiotics on the anaerobic digestion of sludge was further discussed.The study found that the effects of different types and sizes of microplastics showed low concentration is not significant,high concentration of inhibition,microplastics will also be used as other pollutants carrier to produce greater combined pollution.Based on the existing research,more attention should be paid to the effects of combined pollution under microplastic stress on microbial communities and ecological environment.
