摘  要:中药凝胶制剂作为中医药领域的一种重要创新剂型,是以中药提取物为主要成分,通过特定的制备工艺形成的半固态药物制剂。其特点是药物释放缓慢作用持久,同时具备良好的皮肤亲和性,易于局部使用,适用于多种给药途径。本文旨在探讨化工材料在中药凝胶制剂研发中的重要作用,并对中药凝胶制剂的研究进展进行初步总结,分析了化学材料对中药药物释放影响,对不同化学基质、渗透促进剂进行了汇总介绍,探讨了现代先进制药技术在中药凝胶制剂制备中的应用,最后对化工材料在中药凝胶制剂的应用发展趋势进行展望,为中药凝胶制剂开发应用提供理论基础。As an important innovative formulation in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine gel preparation is a semi-solid pharmaceutical preparation formed by a specific preparation process with Chinese medicine extract as the main component.It is characterized by slow drug release,long lasting effect,good skin affinity,easy local use,suitable for a variety of drug delivery routes.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the important role of chemical materials in the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine gel preparation.This paper summarized the research progress of TCM gel preparations,discussed the application of modern advanced pharmaceutical technology in the preparation of TCM gel preparations,analyzed the influence of chemical materials on the release of TCM drugs,summarized the different chemical substrates and osmotic menses,and prospected the development trend of chemical materials in the application of TCM gel preparations.It provides a theoretical basis for the development and application of TCM gel preparation.
