摘 要:蒸汽系统在交变负荷较大等情况下,容易出现蒸汽带水率过高的问题,这可能对蒸汽系统的安全构成威胁、对系统的运行产生不利影响。为减少蒸汽携带的水分,蒸汽系统中一般设有蒸汽过滤结构。本文介绍了多个常见的蒸汽过滤结构并分析了各结构的特点,以常见蒸汽过滤结构在实际工程中使用寿命较短为突破点,聚焦于某新型百褶孔板式蒸汽滤洁结构,并对其进行了模拟分析。模拟结果表明该新型结构满足相关领域的工艺需求,可有效提高蒸汽干度,延长设备使用寿命。Under changeful load and other conditions,the steam system is prone to the problem of high droplets carrying rate,which may pose a threat to the safety of the steam system and have adverse effects on its operation.To reduce the moisture carried by steam,steam filters are generally installed in steam systems.This article introduces multiple common steam filters and analyzes their characteristics.Taking the short service life of common steam filters in practical engineering as a breakthrough point,it focuses on a new type of pleated orifice plate steam filter and conducts a simulation analysis on it.The simulation results show that the new structure meets the process requirements of relevant fields,can effectively improve steam dryness,and extend equipment service life.
