摘  要:本研究开发了污泥真空低温脱水系统,利用垃圾电厂废弃的高压蒸汽的引射抽吸作用产生真空,有效地降低了真空烘干系统的电耗。可将垃圾电厂处理垃圾渗滤液产生的含水率为87%的污泥一次性脱水至45%左右,烘干电耗14.5 kWh/t蒸发水量,与圆盘干燥机国家标准能耗相比,降低了73.6%,经济效益显著。This study developed a vacuum low-temperature dewatering system for sludge,which utilizes the injection and suction of high-pressure steam from waste power plants to generate a vacuum,effectively reducing the power consumption of vacuum drying system.The sludge with a moisture content of 87%produced by the treatment of leachate from garbage power plants can be dehydrated to around 45%in one pot.The consumption of drying power is 14.5 kWh/t evaporation water.Compared with the national energy consumption standard of disc dryer,the power consumption is reduced by 73.6%,which presents significant economic benefits.
