摘 要:通过对放射性废物焚烧装置相关设备腐蚀现象的观察与分析,推测相应的腐蚀机理。在此基础上,借鉴常见的设备防腐方法及措施,结合具体情况进行分析和使用,提出针对性的防护措施,主要包括防腐材料和保护结构的使用、废物的预处理,以及设备内流场和温度场的优化。对提升后续工程应用焚烧系统运行的可靠性、稳定性和工艺的先进性,减少腐蚀情况的发生和程度,延长设备使用寿命,具有重要的意义。By observing and analyzing the corrosion phenomenon of equipment related to radioactive waste incineration devices,the corresponding corrosion mechanism can be inferred.On this basis,based on common equipment anti-corrosion methods and measures,combined with specific situations for analysis and use,targeted protective measures are proposed,mainly including the use of anti-corrosion materials and protective structures,waste pre-treatment,and optimization of the flow and temperature fields inside the equipment.It is of great significance to improve the reliability,stability and progressiveness of the process of the incineration system used in subsequent projects,reduce the occurrence and degree of corrosion,and extend the service life of the equipment.
