摘 要:为研究垃圾填埋场周边地下水对人体健康的危害,本文以海南省某垃圾填埋场周边地下水环境为研究对象,通过对地下水中的Mn、Al、As、Cd的容量指数和地下水环境健康风险评价。结果表明:地下水环境为不易污染状态,地下水中As引起的总致癌风险在4.86×10^(-5)~2.57×10^(-4)之间,对暴露人群有致癌风险。污染物总非致癌风险在4.45~344.79之间,远大于致癌风险水平。Cd对非致癌风险贡献率为87.55%,是引起非致癌风险的主要污染物质,各污染物非致癌风险大小次序表现为:Cd>Mn>As>Al。饮水摄入为引起致癌风险和非致癌风险的主要途径,从饮水安全角度考虑,研究区附近的地下水不得作为生活饮用水源时,用作其他用途时应加强对Cd、Mn和As的管控。对垃圾填埋场周边地下水重金属污染物进行健康风险评价,对于保障人体健康、保护与利用地下水有重要意义。To study the harm of groundwater around a landfill to human health,this article takes the groundwater environment around a landfill in Hainan City as the research object,and evaluates the capacity index of Mn,Al,As,and Cd in groundwater and the health risk of groundwater environment.The results indicate that the groundwater environment is not easily polluted,and the total carcinogenic risk caused by As in groundwater ranges from 4.86×10-5 to 2.57×10^(-4),which poses a carcinogenic risk to the exposed population.The total non-carcinogenic risk of pollutants ranges from 4.45 to 344.79,which is much higher than the carcinogenic risk level.The contribution rate of Cd to non-carcinogenic risk is 87.55%,which is the main pollutant causing non carcinogenic risk.The order of non-carcinogenic risk for each pollutant is as follows:Cd>Mn>As>Al.Drinking water intake is the main pathway leading to both carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks.From the perspective of drinking water safety,when groundwater near the research area is not allowed as a source of domestic drinking water,it should be strengthened to control Cd,Mn,and As when used for other purposes.Conducting a health risk assessment of metal pollutants in the groundwater around landfill sites is of great significance for ensuring human health and protecting and utilizing groundwater.
