电絮凝法因素变化对废水处理效果的影响研究

摘  要:为了研究电絮凝法因素变化对废水处理效果的影响,本文采用电絮凝法,对工业生产排放的废水进行处理,分析了废水初始pH值、搅拌因素、电流密度对废水处理效果的影响,研究结果表明:(1)电絮凝反应过程中,随着废水初始pH值的增大,废水中COD(化学需氧量)和TN(总氮)的去除率先增大再减小,当pH值为6.5时,相比废水其他pH值时,COD和TN的去除率最高;(2)在电絮凝反应过程中进行搅拌,可提高废水中污染物的反应速度;(3)当电絮凝反应时间为35 min,电流密度为40 mA/cm^(2)时,废水中COD的去除率为53.21%,TN的去除率为19.09%,与反应时间65 min时相比,COD和TN的去除率差异不大;(4)在实际电絮凝法废水处理中,建议设置废水的初始pH值为6.5,电絮凝反应时间为35 min,电流密度为40 mA/cm^(2)时,并在电絮凝反应过程中进行搅拌,可提高废水中污染物的反应速度。To study the effect of the electroflocculation factors on the effect of wastewater treatment,In this paper,using the electroflocculation method,Treatment of the wastewater discharged from industrial production,The influence of the initial pH value,stirring factor and current density on the wastewater treatment effect are analyzed,The results show that:(1)during the electroflocculation reaction,With the initial pH of wastewater,The removal of COD(chemical oxygen demand)and TN(total nitrogen)in wastewater first increases and decreases,At the pH value of 6.5,Compared with other pH values of wastewater,COD and TN have the highest removal rate;(2)Mixing during the electroflocculation reaction,It can improve the reaction rate of pollutants in wastewater;(3)When the electroflocculation reaction time is 35 min,At a current density of 40 mA/cm^(2),The removal rate of COD in the wastewater was 53.21%,The removal rate of TN was 19.09%,When compared to the reaction time of 65 min,The removal rate between COD and TN is little different;(4)In the actual electroflocculation method of wastewater treatment,It is recommended to set the initial pH of wastewater is 6.5,The electroflocculation reaction time was 35 min,At a current density of 40 mA/cm^(2),And stirring during the electroflocculation reaction,It can improve the reaction rate of pollutants in wastewater.
