摘 要:目的:建立一种用于测定混合脂肪酸甘油酯(硬脂)中金属元素含量的方法。方法:混合脂肪酸甘油酯(硬脂)采用微波消解法处理制备供试品溶液,以锗(Ge)、铟(In)、钪(Sc)、铼(Re)作为内标元素,采用标准曲线法测定含量。结果:该方法下Cd、Pb、As、Hg、Co、V、Ni、Sn在各自范围内呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.995),检测限为0.005 ng/mL~0.045 ng/mL,定量限为0.05 ng/mL~0.50 ng/mL,加标重复性的相对标准偏差在1.8%~3.7%之间,各元素的平均加样回收率为87.7%~108.6%,相对标准偏差为0.3%~3.7%。21批样品中Cd、Pb、As、Hg、Co、V、Ni、Sn的含量均在安全限度范围内。风险评估结果显示混合脂肪酸甘油酯(硬脂)中金属元素所致安全性风险较低。结论:该方法简便、灵敏度高、重复性好且准确性高,为混合脂肪酸甘油酯(硬脂)中金属元素测定和风险评估提供了参考。Objective:To establish a method for determining the content of metal elements in mixed fatty acid glycerides(stearin).Methods:The mixed fatty acid glycerides(stearin)were treated using microwave digestion to prepare the test solution.Germanium(Ge),indium(In),scandium(Sc),and rhenium(Re)were used as internal standard elements,and the content was determined using the standard curve method.Results:Under this method,Cd,Pb,As,Hg,Co,V,Ni and Sn showed good linear relationships within their respective ranges(r≥0.995).The detection limits ranged from 0.005 ng/mL to 0.045 ng/mL,and the quantification limits ranged from 0.05 ng/mL to 0.50 ng/mL.The relative standard deviations(RSD)of spiked repeatability were between 1.8%and 3.7%.The average recovery rate of each element is between 87.7%and 108.6%,with RSD ranging from 0.3%to 3.7%.The contents of Cd,Pb,As,Hg,Co,V,Ni and Sn in 21 batches of samples were all within safe limits.The risk assessment results indicated a low safety risk associated with metal elements in mixed fatty acid glycerides(stearin).Conclusion:This method is simple,highly sensitive,reproducible,and accurate,providing a reference for the determination of metal elements and risk assessment in mixed fatty acid glycerides(stearin).
