摘  要:本文建立了一种采用气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)简便、快速测定塑料、橡胶和纺织品中苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸苄酯和2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)的分析方法。样品二氯甲烷超声萃取后,用气相色谱质谱仪进行测定,采用外标法定量。在优化后的条件下,方法可在12分钟内实现苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸苄酯和BHT的分离检测,检出限为0.12 mg/kg~0.18 mg/kg。苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸苄酯和BHT含量在1.0 mg/kg~20.0 mg/kg范围内方法线性关系良好,线性相关系数不小于0.995。对塑料、橡胶和纺织品样品分别进行1.0 mg/kg、5.0 mg/kg和20.0 mg/kg三个浓度水平加标实验,相对标准偏差为1.0%~7.4%,加标回收率为83.1%~110.7%。该方法操作简便、回收率高,重现性好,可用于大批量消费品中苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸苄酯和BHT的同时检测。We report a simple and rapid analytical method for the determination of phenoxyethanol,benzyl benzoate,and butylated hydroxytoluene(BHT)in plastics,rubber,and textiles using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).After ultrasonic extraction with dichloromethane,the sample was analyzed by GC-MS and quantified using an external standard calibration curve method.Under optimized conditions,the method can achieve separation and detection of phenoxyethanol,benzyl benzoate,and BHT within 12 minutes,and the limit of detection is 0.12 to 0.18 mg/kg.The method has a good linear relationship with the content of target analytes in the range of 1.0 mg/kg to 20.0 mg/kg,and the coefficient of regression is not less than 0.995.Three concentration levels of 1.0,5.0,and 20.0 mg/kg of phenoxyethanol,benzyl benzoate,and BHT were spiked for plastic,rubber,and textile samples,respectively,and a relative standard deviation of 1.0%to 7.4%and a recovery rate of 83.1%to 110.7%were obtained.The proposed method is easy to operate,has a high recovery rate,and good reproducibility.Therefore,it can be used for the simultaneous determination of phenoxyethanol,benzyl benzoate,and BHT in large amount of consumer goods.
