摘　　要：目的:建立参芪通脉口服液中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷和芒柄花黄素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对参芪通脉口服液中的毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷和芒柄花黄素进行含量测定,色谱柱为Agilent Diamonsil C18(250×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温为30℃,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为267 nm,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水。结果:毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷在30.210μg/mL~181.260μg/mL范围内线性关系良好;芒柄花黄素在3.653μg/mL~14.610μg/mL范围线性关系良好。结论:所建立的含量测定方法专属性强,操作简便,可用于参芪通脉口服液质量控制。Objective:To establish the content determination of calycosin-7-O-glucoside and formononetin in Shenqi Tongmai oral liquid.Methods:The contents of the calycosin-7-O-glucoside and formononetin in Shenqi Tongmai oral liquid were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The determination was performed on Agilent Diamonsil C18(250×4.6 mm,5μm)column with the column temperature at 30℃and the flow rate at 1 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 267 nm and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid water.Results:Calycosin-7-O-glucoside had a good linear relationship in the range of 30.210μg/mL~181.260μg/mL and formononetin had a good linear relationship in the range of 3.653μg/mL~14.610μg/mL.Conclusion:The established method is specific and easy to operate,and can be used for the quality control of Shenqi Tongmai oral liquid.
