摘　　要：目的:瑶药半边风Pterospermum heterophyllum Hance枝叶部位的化学成分探究。方法:运用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱结合制备型高效液相色谱,对瑶药半边风体积分数80%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,采用现代波普技术对所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从瑶药半边风枝叶中分离鉴定了6个化合物分别为:熊果酸(1)、香草酸(2)、蒲公英赛酮(3)、岩白菜素(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、染料木苷(6)。结论:1、2、3、4、6化合物在瑶药半边风中首次发现。Objective:To explore the chemical constituents extracted from the branches and leaves of Pterospermum heterophyllum Hance.Methods:The 80%ethanol extract of Pterospermum heterophyllum Hance was separated and purified through different chromatography methods including silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and P-HPLC.Based on physicochemical properties and spectral analyses,the structures of the obtained compounds were identified.Results:Six compounds were isolated and identified from the branches and leaves of Pterospermum heterophyllum Hance,namely ursolic acid(1),vanillic acid(2),dandelion(3),bergenin(4),β-sitosterol(5),and genistin(6)Conclusion:Compounds 1,2,3,4,and 6 were found in Pterospermum heterophyllum Hance for the first time.
