槐花发酵物的制备及在化妆品中的抗衰老应用研究

摘　　要：本研究以槐花为原料,制备了一款槐花发酵物及乳霜,并考察其安全性与抗衰老功效。以RAW 264.7细胞为研究对象,采用CCK8法评估槐花发酵物的细胞毒性,采用LPS刺激的细胞炎症模型检测槐花发酵物对一氧化氮(NO)的影响,通过人体功效测试进行槐花发酵物乳霜的安全性及抗糖抗皱功效评估。结果表明槐花发酵物在安全剂量下对NO呈浓度依赖性抑制,人体功效试验表明0.5%的槐花发酵物乳霜对人体皮肤无不良反应,且使用4周后抗糖和抗皱效果显著,面部皱纹有明显的淡化,表明槐花发酵物乳霜具有良好的抗糖、抗皱功效,可为槐花发酵物在抗衰老化妆品中的应用提供理论依据。In this study,Sophora japonica L.flower was used as raw material to prepare a Sophora japonica L.flower fermentation and cream,and its safety and anti-aging effect were investigated.RAW 264.7 cells was used to assess the cytotoxicity of Sophora japonica L.flower fermentation by CCK8 method,and the effect of Sophora japonica L.flower fermentation on NO was detected by LPS-stimulated cell inflammation model,the safety and anti-glycation and anti-wrinkle efficacy of Sophora japonica L.flower fermentation cream were evaluated by human efficacy test.The results showed that NO was inhibited in a concentration-dependent manner at a safe dose.The efficacy test showed that 0.5%Sophora japonica L.flower fermentation cream had no adverse effect on human skin,after using for 4 weeks,the anti-glycation and anti-wrinkle effects were significant,and the crow's feet on the face were significantly reduced,indicating that Sophora japonica L.flower fermentation cream has good anti-inflammatory,anti-glycation and anti-wrinkle effects,it can provide a theoretical basis and for the application of Sophora japonica L.flower fermentation in anti-aging cosmetics.
