摘　　要：目的:探讨枸杞子提取物在化妆品方面的应用,探索枸杞子提取液和枸杞子细胞外囊泡的功效,为开发更适用的功能性护肤品原料和产品提供依据。方法:以枸杞子提取物为研究对象,制备水提液及细胞外囊泡溶液,使用DPPH法测定提取物的抗氧化功效;采用细胞实验验证提取物的安全性、促细胞增殖和舒缓功效。结果:枸杞子水提液和细胞外囊泡溶液均对皮肤无刺激性,安全性良好;且都具有良好的抗氧化功效。细胞功效评价结果显示,枸杞子水提液具有明显的促进人皮肤成纤维细胞的增殖及下调巨噬细胞IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1β的抗炎作用;细胞外囊泡溶液也具有明显的促进人皮肤成纤维细胞的增殖,其中0.1%添加量能有效减少IL-6,IL-1β的表达。结论:研究表明,枸杞子提取液和细胞外囊泡具有安全性高、抗氧化、促增殖和舒缓功效,证实了枸杞子在化妆品应用方面具有良好的开发前景和利用价值。Objective:To explore the application of Goji berry extract in cosmetics and provide a basis for developing more suitable functional skincare raw materials and products.Methods:Using Goji berry extract as the research object,the antioxidant efficacy of the extract was measured using the DPPH method;Cell experiments were conducted to verify the safety,cell proliferation promoting,and anti-inflammatory effects of the extract.Results:Both the aqueous extract of Goji berry fruit and the extracellular vesicle solution had no skin irritation and good safety;and they all have good antioxidant effects.The results of cell efficacy evaluation showed that the water extract of Goji berries significantly promoted the proliferation of human skin fibroblasts and downregulated the anti-inflammatory effect of IL-6,TNF-αand IL-1βof macrophages;extracellular vesicle solution also significantly promotes the proliferation of human skin fibroblasts,with 0.1%addition effectively reducing IL-6 and IL-1βexpression.Conclusion:Studies have shown that Goji berry extract has high safety,antioxidant,promoting proliferation,and anti-inflammatory effects,confirming that Goji berry has good development prospects and utilization value in cosmetic applications.
