摘　　要：通过实施化妆品中甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯含量测定的能力验证计划,了解上海地区相关检测机构对化妆品限用物质的检测能力和水平,识别检测机构间的检测差异。通过方案设计、样品制备、均匀性和稳定性试验、结果统计,偏离分析等方面,对上海地区27家检测机构的甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯含量测定结果进行了评价和分析。结果显示样品的均匀性及稳定性符合CNAS-GL003:2018《能力验证样品均匀性和稳定性评价指南》的要求,可用于开展能力验证活动。27家检测机构初测结果满意率为88.9%,可疑和不满意率为11.1%,复测结果全部满意。表明大部分检测机构能够准确测定化妆品中的限用组分,部分检测机构的检验能力有待提高。To understand the ability and level of restricted substances in cosmetics determination in cosmetics institutions and identify the difference of detection level among laboratories through the implementation of the proficiency testing plan for ethyl hexyl methoxycinnamate and ethyl hexyl salicylate determination in cosmetics.The results of ethyl hexyl methoxycinnamate and ethyl hexyl salicylate detection in 27 cosmetics testing laboratories in Shanghai were evaluated and analyzed through the protocol design,sample preparation,homogeneity and the stability test,statistical results,technical analysis,etc.The results showed that the homogeneity and stability of the prepared samples met the requirements CNAS-GL003:2018“Guidelines for Evaluation of Uniformity and Stability of Capability Validation Samples”,which could be used for proficiency testing activities.The satisfaction rate of the initial test results from 27 testing organization is 88.9%,and the suspicious and dissatisfied rates are 11.1%.All retest results are satisfactory.It means that most laboratories can accurately determine the restricted components in cosmetics,and the inspection ability of some laboratories needs to be improved.
