摘　　要：新中国成立75周年以来,中国生态文明建设大体经历了5个阶段,分别为初步认识阶段(1949—1978年)、实践奠基阶段(1978—1992年)、继承发展阶段(1992—2002年)、创新探索阶段(2002—2012年)以及总结升华阶段(2012年至今),每个阶段都呈现出独具时代特征的生态文明建设理念与实践,逐步建立起相应的理论体系、制度体系和实践样态,围绕战略方针、理念倡导、制度建设、环境外交等方面创造性地形成了一系列基本经验。展望未来,要保持战略定力,以人与自然和谐共生为导向建设美丽中国;培育生态文化,引导推动生态环境保护与经济社会发展绿色转型;深化体制改革,加快推进生态环境治理体系和治理能力现代化;推进国际合作,共谋共创生态福祉惠及全世界的人类文明新形态。Since the founding of the People s Republic of China 75 years ago,the nation s ecological civilization construction has gone through five distinct phases:the initial conceptualization phase(1949—1978),the foundational practice phase(1978—1992),the developmental inheritance phase(1992—2002),the innovation exploration phase(2002—2012),and the comprehensive advancement phase(2012—present).Each phase has presented unique characteristics in ecological civilization concepts and practices,gradually establishing corresponding theoretical frameworks,institutional systems,and practical models.This evolution has yielded valuable experiences in strategic policymaking,conceptual advocacy,institutional construction,and environmental diplomacy.Looking forward,China'should maintain strategic focus on building an ecologically beautiful nation through human-nature harmony,foster ecological culture to facilitate green transformation in environmental protection and socio-economic development,deepen institutional reforms to modernize environmental governance systems and capabilities,and enhance international cooperation to jointly create a new paradigm of human civilization that promotes global ecological well-being.
