摘　　要：加强湿地有效保护,推动闽江河口湿地申遗顺利开展,其重要性与实践性已引起政府和学术界的高度关注。从生态文明视角,以闽江河口湿地保护现状为切入点,探讨保护和申遗面临的新问题和新使命,提出深化科学规划湿地保护与加强生态环境管理;注重湿地污染防治与生态修复;探索湿地科学研究与价值;建立生态保护相关信息系统;促进湿地保护与自然文化融合;开展生态保护教育与公众参与等闽江河口湿地“申遗”策略,以期为推进闽江河口湿地申遗工作提供科学依据,为政府相关部门制定引导与管理政策提供有益借鉴,充分发挥河口湿地生态功能,推动区域生态文明建设,助力人与自然和谐共生。The importance and practicability of strengthening the effective protection of wetlands and promoting the successful world heritage application of Min River estuary wetlands have received great attention from the government and academia.New problems and missions faced by conservation and world heritage application from the perspective of ecological civilization were explored based on the current conservation situation of Min River estuary wetlands in this study.Moreover,some world heritage application strategies were proposed,including deepening of the scientific planning and ecological environment management of wetland protection,wetland pollution prevention and ecological restoration,wetland scientific research and value exploration,ecological protection and information system establishment,wetland protection and natural culture integration,ecological protection education and public participation.These application strategies are expected to provide scientific basis for promoting the world heritage application of Min River estuary wetlands,and useful reference for relevant government departments to formulate guidance and management policies,and fully utilize the ecological functions of estuary wetlands,promote the construction of regional ecological civilization,and contribute to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
