凋落物和根系处理对不同林分土壤活性碳氮的影响

摘  要:选取中亚热带米槠天然林和米槠人促更新林为研究对象,设置添加双倍凋落物(RDL)、去除凋落物(RNL)和去根(NRL)3种枯落物输入处理,同时设置对照(CK),探讨不同枯落物输入处理对土壤可溶性有机碳(Dissolved Organic Carbon,DOC)、可溶性有机氮(Dissolved Organic Nitrogen,DON)、微生物生物量碳(Microbial Biomass Carbon,MBC)、微生物生物量氮(Microbial Biomass Nitrogen,MBN)的影响。结果表明:米槠天然林在去除凋落物之后表层(0~10 cm)土壤DOC、DON和MBN浓度显著下降了24.3%、34.7%和71.5%;天然林增加凋落物时10~20 cm土层土壤DOC、DON、MBC、MBN均显著增加;天然林去除根系后0~10 cm土层中的DOC、DON、MBC、MBN浓度分别下降了60.5%、26.0%、6.2%、21.56%,人促更新林去除根系时10~20 cm土层土壤DOC、DON、MBC和MBN浓度显著降低。这些结果表明,凋落物和根系输入对森林土壤养分和微生物状况产生深刻影响,该研究在人为干扰和气候变化的背景下可为森林生态系统管理提供依据。This study selected the natural forest of Castanopsis pilosula and the artificial regeneration forest of Castanopsis pilosula as the research objects and set up three types of litter input treatments:adding double litter(RDL),removing litter(RNL),and removing litter after root removal(NRL).Meanwhile,a control(CK)was set up to explore the effects of different litter input treatments on soil dissolved organic carbon(DOC),dissolved organic nitrogen(DON),microbial biomass carbon(MBC),and microbial biomass,the impact of Microbial Biomass Nitrogen(MBN).The results showed that after removing litter,the concentrations of dissolved organic carbon(DOC),dissolved nitrogen(DON),and dissolved nitrogen(MBN)in the surface soil(0~10 cm)of natural Castanopsis pilosula forests significantly decreased by 24.3%,34.7%and 71.5%,respectively.When natural forests increase litter,the soil DOC,DON,MBC,and MBN in the 10~20 cm soil layer significantly increase.After removing the root system from natural forests,the concentrations of DOC,DON,MBC,and MBN in the 0~10 cm soil layer decreased by 60.5%,26.0%,6.2%and 21.56%,respectively.In artificially regeneration forests,the concentrations of DOC,DON,MBC,and MBN in the 10~20 cm soil layer were significantly reduced after removing the root system.These results indicate that litter and root inputs have a profound impact on the nutrient and microbial status of forest soil,and this study can provide a basis for forest ecosystem management in the context of human disturbance and climate change.
