摘 要:通过发放《医学生生命教育现状调查问卷》与《医学院校开展医学生生命教育现状调查问卷》,对云南医学类高校500名在校生展开问卷调查,发现医学生生命认知总体乐观,但生命漠视潜在倾向增加;多数医学生有一定生命活力,但波动性强;学生具备探寻生命存在意义的意识,而行动缺乏;医学生生命价值态度端正,可将自身价值融入社会目标;医学生对生命教育的价值感知积极,但现存教育的成效不足。当前医学生生命教育困境:医学生对于生命教育的需求与学校教育缺失的不平衡;专业教育与生命教育抢占资源,医学生综合素质有待提高;医学生生命教育理论基础与方法远未成熟。健康中国战略背景下医学院校生命教育课程构建:研发校本课程,落实“指导—评价—反馈”课程开发模式;构建四维立体生命教育课程组织结构;生命教育融入医学生培养注重关键两阶段;内在驱动,重视医学生生命教育课程的体验式建设。By distributing the Survey Questionnaire on the Current Status of Life Education for Medical Students and the Survey Questionnaire on the Current Status of Life Education Implementation in Medical Colleges,this paper conducts a survey among 500 students in medical colleges and universities in Yunnan Province.It’s found that while medical students generally hold an optimistic view of life,there is an increasing tendency towards potential disregard for life.Most students possess a certain degree of vitality for life,which fluctuates significantly.The students are aware of the need to explore the meaning of life,but lack corresponding actions.They hold positive attitudes towards life value and are able to integrate their personal values into social goals.The respondents recognize the value of life education positively,but the effectiveness of the current education is insufficient.Current difficulties in life education for medical students are as follows:the imbalance between the demand for life education among medical students and the deficiencies in school education;competition for resources between professional education and life education;the unsatisfactory overall quality of medical students;and the immaturity of theoretical foundations and methods for life education among medical students.Curriculum construction for life education in medical colleges and universities in the context of the Healthy China strategy lies in the following aspects:developing school-based curricula and implementing a“guidance-evaluation-feedback”model;constructing a four-dimensional life education curriculum structure;integrating life education into medical student training with a focus on two key stages;using an internal driving force by emphasizing experiential learning in life education courses for medical students.
