共同体重建何以促进乡村振兴——基于浙江省湖州市文化礼堂建设的分析

摘　　要：以浙江省湖州市文化礼堂建设为研究对象,系统梳理其建设历程,认为其实现了人与社会组织的回归、绵密活动的回归和文化要素的整合,反映了当前浙江省农村文化礼堂建设的现状与特点,为重建乡村文化共同体,推进乡村文化振兴、促进村民精神共富探索了经验。主要启示:(一)让组织重构成为稳固基层文化共同体建设的基石;(二)让密集的文化活动成为实践与传播的载体;(三)让观念的革新不断激活推进中的活力;(四)让要素的系统化成为确保文化振兴实效性的根本保障;(五)让人才的积极参与成为推动文化振兴的关键要素。Taking the construction of cultural halls in Huzhou City,Zhejiang Province,as the research object,this paper systematically combs through its construction process.It is found that the construction has achieved the return of people and social organizations,the return of dense activities,and the integration of cultural elements.This reflects the current state and characteristics of rural cultural hall construction in Zhejiang Province,providing insights for rebuilding rural cultural communities,promoting rural cultural revitalization,and enhancing the spiritual well-being of villagers.Major implications include:(1)making organizational restructuring the cornerstone of consolidating grassroots cultural community construction;(2)utilizing dense cultural activities as carriers for practice and dissemination;(3)continuously activating vitality through conceptual innovation;(4)ensuring the effectiveness of cultural revitalization by systematizing elements;(5)promoting cultural revitalization by encouraging active talent participation.
