平顶山三线民用企业选址探析

摘　　要：平顶山三线建设选址的灵活性和适应性使得平顶山市由一座单一的煤炭生产基地转变为一座综合发展的新型工业城市,人口集聚效应进一步突出,城市化水平大幅度提高。平顶山市三线民用企业布局在平顶山市区边缘,其在选址具有一定的独特性。以平顶山三线建设民用企业选址问题作为研究对象,透过对此类企业选址过程的分析,揭示平顶山三线建设过程中企业选址的独特性:(一)适应平顶山市工业化、城市化建设的需要;(二)应对中苏关系恶化,被迫做出调整的需要;(三)满足平舞工程会战的特殊需要。平顶山市三线建设民用企业奠定了平顶山市工业化的基础,加快了平顶山市的城市化进程,取得了较为良好的经济社会效益。The flexibility and adaptability of the site selection for the Third-Front construction in Pingdingshan City have transformed this city from a single coal production base into a new industrial city with comprehensive development.The population agglomeration effect has been further highlighted,and the level of urbanization has been greatly improved.Civilian enterprises of the Third-Front Construction in Pingdingshan City are located on the fringe of the city,which embodies a certain distinctiveness of their site selection.Taking the site selection of civilian enterprises in the Third-Front Construction in Pingdingshan City as the research object,this paper conducts an analysis of the site selection process of these enterprises,and the distinctiveness of the site selection of the Third-Front construction of civilian enterprises in Pingdingshan City are revealed in the following three aspects:(1)adapting to the needs of industrialization and urbanization in Pingdingshan City;(2)responding to the need for adjustment due to the deterioration of Sino-Soviet relations;(3)meeting the special requirements of the Pingwu Project Campaign.Civilian enterprises of the Third-Front construction in Pingdingshan City laid the foundation for industrialization,accelerated urbanization,and achieved relatively good economic and social benefits.
