山西高校大一与大二学生人格塑造对早期心理问题预防的创新路径研究

摘　　要：以山西高校大一与大二学生为对象,探讨了人格塑造对早期心理问题预防的作用及其创新路径。研究发现,积极人格特质有助于提升心理适应性,而神经质是心理问题的显著预测因子。高校辅导员在心理健康教育等方面的工作对预防心理问题具有重要作用。据此,提出了基于人格塑造的早期心理问题预防创新路径,为高校心理健康教育提供了理论依据和实践指导。Taking freshmen and sophomores in Shanxi colleges and universities as research subjects,this paper explores the role of personality shaping in preventing early psychological problems and its innovative approaches.Research indicates that positive personality traits enhance psychological adaptability,while neuroticism significantly predicts psychological problems.The work of college and university counselors in mental health education plays an important role in preventing psychological problems.Accordingly,the innovative path of early psychological problem prevention based on personality shaping is put forward,which provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for mental health education in colleges and universities.
