摘 要:为揭示智能农业影响农民收入的内在机理与边界条件,聚焦乡村振兴战略与人工智能融合所催生的智能农业范式,基于技术赋能理论,整合多源数据与计量方法,深入剖析智能农业对农民增收的作用机制。发现智能农业借由重构生产要素配置、激活产业链增值及培育服务生态实现增收,其效能受技术适配性等因素调节,同时面临技术扩散等瓶颈。据此提出“差异化技术渗透-包容性数字基建-协同性政策网络”的三维干预体系。In order to reveal the internal mechanisms and boundary conditions of how smart agriculture affects farmers’income,this study focused on the smart agriculture paradigm generated by the integration of rural revitalization strategies and artificial intelligence.Based on the theory of technology empowerment,it integrates multi-source data and measurement methods to deeply analyze the mechanism of smart agriculture in increasing farmers’income.It is found that smart agriculture achieves income growth by restructuring the allocation of production factors,activating value-added industrial chains,and cultivating a service ecosystem.Its effectiveness is mediated by factors such as technology adaptability,while also facing bottlenecks such as technology diffusion.Accordingly,a three-dimensional intervention system of“differentiated technology penetration-inclusive digital infrastructure-collaborative policy network”is proposed.
