摘 要:为了准确检测SF6/N2混合气体泄漏,提出基于红外光谱的SF6/N2混合电气设备泄漏检测方法。利用红外光谱仪,获取SF6/N2混合电气设备红外光谱信号,先对信号进行均衡化处理,再对其进行分解和重构。基于此,计算电气设备的能量值,再计算红外光谱信号的差分能量值,由此提取出红外光谱信号的共性特征,通过计算特征值识别出电气设备泄漏共性特征。利用匹配函数,计算输入的信号与泄漏信号的匹配度,若匹配度较高,则该电气设备存在气体泄漏情况。实验结果表明,所提方法在实际应用中重叠度为94.36%,检测性能较好。In order to accurately detect SF6 and N2 mixed gas leakage,a leak detection method for SF6 and N2 mixed electrical equipment based on infrared spectroscopy is proposed.Using an infrared spectrometer to obtain infrared spectral signals of SF6 and N2 mixed electrical equipment,the signals are first balanced and then decomposed and reconstructed.Based on this,calculate the energy value of electrical equipment,and then calculate the differential energy value of infrared spectral signals to extract the common features of infrared spectral signals.By calculating the feature values,identify the common leakage features of electrical equipment.Using a matching function,calculate the matching degree between the input signal and the leakage signal.If the matching degree is high,there is a gas leakage in the electrical equipment.The experimental results show that the proposed method has an overlap of 94.36%in practical applications and good detection performance.
