环状砂岩试件冲击动力学特性和耗能研究

摘  要:为研究环状砂岩试件动力学性能、破碎形态和耗能规律,通过对钱营孜煤矿深部巷道砂岩进行处理,制备厚度25mm,外径50mm,内径0mm、5mm、10mm、15mm、20mm、25mm的环状砂岩试件,然后采用SHPB试验装置开展同种冲击气压下的动态压缩试验。结果表明:随环状砂岩试件内径增加,试件动抗压强度呈二次函数负相关性,动应变和平均应变率均表现出增加趋势;随内径增加试件破碎程度逐渐增大,破碎平均粒径逐渐减小,可定量描述岩石破碎情况;从能量角度分析,当内径由0mm增至25mm时,试件反射能占比增加,透射能占比和吸收能占比降低;试件单位体积吸收能随内径增加而增加,单位体积吸收能越大,内部裂纹扩展发育程度越高,破碎后碎块尺寸越小,与冲击荷载作用下试件破碎程度和内径呈正相关性结论一致。In order to study the dynamic performance,fracture pattern and energy consumption law of annular sandstone specimens,annular sandstone specimens with thickness of 25mm,outer diameter of 50mm,inner diameters of 0mm,5mm,10mm,15mm,20mm,and 25mm were prepared by processing sandstone in the deep roadway of Qianyingzi Coal Mine,and then the dynamic compression test was carried out with the same kind of impact pressure using the SHPB test device.The results show that:with the increase of the inner diameter of the annular sandstone specimen,the dynamic compressive strength of the specimen shows a quadratic negative correlation,and the dynamic strain and the average strain rate show an increasing trend;with the increase of the inner diameter of the specimen,the degree of fragmentation gradually increases,and the average size of the fragmentation gradually decreases,which can quantitatively characterize the fragmentation of the rock.From the perspective of energy,when the inner diameter is increased from 0mm to 25mm,the percentage of reflected energy increases,the percentage of transmitted energy and absorbed energy decreases;the absorbed energy per unit volume of the specimen increases with the increase of the inner diameter;the larger the absorbed energy per unit volume is,the higher the degree of development of internal crack extension is,and the smaller the size of the broken pieces is,which is consistent with the conclusion that the degree of fragmentation of the specimen under the action of the impact loading is positively related to the inner diameter.
