摘　　要：在深度老龄化背景下,如何让老年人积极参与志愿服务,使老年人老有所乐、老有所为,是当今社会关注的热点话题。老年人参与志愿服务不仅能缓解老龄化进程对社会带来的压力,还能实现老年人力资源的再利用。文章从社会工作的角度出发,通过对老年志愿者的服务现状与服务能力进行调查,从志愿服务理解、沟通能力、团队协作能力、资源链接能力四个方面探索老年志愿服务能力提升的路径。In the context of deep aging,how to encourage the elderly to actively participate in volunteer services,enabling them to find joy and purpose in their later years,has become a hot topic of societal concern.The participation of the elderly in volunteer services not only alleviates the pressure brought by the aging process on society but also facilitates the reutilization of elderly human resources.From the perspective of social work,this article investigates the current status and capabilities of elderly volunteers,exploring pathways to enhance their volunteer service abilities in four aspects:understanding of volunteer services,communication skills,teamwork skills,and resource linking abilities.
