摘　　要：建设一流本科专业,培养一流人才是新时代体育经济与管理专业服务于体育强国、教育强国建设战略,提升高质量体育人才培养质量的重要抓手。文章分析我国体育经济与管理专业建设的现实条件,聚焦人才培养方案内容宽泛、学生职业发展规划模糊、产教融合深度有待加强和“双师型”师资力量弱等现实困境,提出国家级“一流”专业背景下体育经济与管理专业建设的优化路径:明确专业发展定位,强化自身优势特色;坚持校企融合,构建多维协同育人机制;多渠道引进和培养师资,重视团队建设;多维立体动态评价、建立健全监管体系。Building first class undergraduate majors and cultivating first class talents is an important starting point for the sports economy and management specialty in the new era to serve the construction strategy of sports power and education power,and to improve the quality of high quality sports talents training.This paper focus on the practical difficulties such as the broad content of talent training programs,the vague planning of students’career development,the need to strengthen the depth of integration of production and education,and the weak strength of“double qualified”teachers.It is proposed to clear professional development positioning,strengthen their own advantages and characteristics,adhere to the integration of schools and enterprises,build a multi party collaborative education mechanism and multi dimensional dynamic evaluation,introduce and train teachers through multiple channels,attach importance to team building improve the supervision system.
