摘 要:“佛系心态”与我国社会现代化转型期间的社会问题有关,特别是与消极亚文化、职业压力和自我认同焦虑等因素紧密相关。文章主要考察了中小学教师中普遍存在的“佛系心态”消极态度现象,分析了其对教育质量和教师个人发展的潜在影响,并提出了改变这一现象的应对策略,以促进教师群体的健康发展。Teachers with a“Buddhist mentality”treat daily education and teaching,school activities,interpersonal relationships,title promotion,administrative tasks and other matters with a negative attitude of“whatever,indifferent,whatever”.They avoid reality and pressure,only care about their own feelings and experiences,and lack the professional enthusiasm and public spirit that teachers should have,which seriously hinders the healthy development of students,the personal growth of teachers,and the achievement of the school’s human development goals.The emergence of the“Buddhist mentality”among teachers coincides with the modernization and transformation of our society,and the social problems caused by modernization have a negative impact on the development of the teacher community.Among these factors,negative subcultures,the pressure of professional reality,and anxiety about self identity have led to the emergence of a“Buddhist mentality”among primary and secondary school teachers.In order to help teachers with a“Buddhist mentality”establish the correct form,society,schools,and teachers need to work together to help teachers establish correct value beliefs,restore their teaching confidence,and enhance their self identity,so as to lead the healthy growth of the contemporary teacher community.
