工科专业认证背景下地方高等院校图书馆的资源建设探索

摘　　要：文章从普通高等院校专业发展的目标出发,以地方高等院校工科专业认证为契机,完善高校图书馆在教学中的辅助地位。文章提出地方高等院校图书馆资源建设的发展方向与对策:满足专业认证需求,丰富馆藏结构;配合专业教学,发展智慧网络信息;迎接专业认证挑战,加强信息处理业务能力。以期构建教学评估和专业认证的联动机制,丰富高校图书馆信息资源建设,提升高校图书馆专业技术人员工科专业认知与新时代信息管理能力,为地方高等院校工科专业认证下图书馆创新发展探索新的路径。This paper starts from the goal of specialized development in general higher education institutions,takes the opportunity of specialized certification in science and engineering at local higher education institutions as an opportunity,and fully enhances the auxiliary role of university libraries in teaching.It constructs a linkage mechanism between teaching evaluation and specialized certification.It enriches the information resource construction of university libraries and enhances the professional technical personnel’s cognition of science and engineering and their information management ability in the new era,thus exploring new paths for the innovative development of university libraries for science and engineering specialized certification in local higher education institutions.
