针灸推拿康复理疗联合补阳还五汤内服治疗对脑梗死偏瘫患者的神经功能及日常生活能力的影响

摘　　要：目的分析针灸推拿康复理疗联合补阳还五汤内服治疗对脑梗死偏瘫患者神经功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法目的选取安宁市中医医院于2023年1月—2024年3月收治的脑梗死偏瘫患者120例为研究对象。按照不同的治疗方式分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组接受针灸推拿康复理疗,研究组则接受针灸推拿康复理疗联合补阳还五汤内服治疗。比较两组临床疗效、神经功能、日常生活能力、中医证候积分。结果研究组神经功能评分、中医证候积分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组生活能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗总有效率为63.33%(38/60),低于的研究组的86.67%(52/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.511,P=0.006)。结论脑梗死偏瘫患者在接受针灸推拿康复理疗的基础上联合应用补阳还五汤内服治疗,能够有效减轻患者症状,提高临床疗效,并改善其神经功能和日常生活能力。Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion,massage and rehabilitation physiotherapy combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on neurological function and activities of daily living in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia admitted to Anning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to March 2024 were purposefully selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group according to different treatments with 60 cases in each group.The control group received acupuncture and massage rehabilitation therapy,while the study group received acupuncture and massage rehabilitation therapy combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction.Compared the clinical efficacy,neurological function,daily living ability,and Chinese medicine evidence score of the two groups.Results Neurological function scores and TCM symptom scores of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The life ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 63.33%(38/60),which was lower than 86.67%(52/60)in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.511,P=0.006).Conclusion On the basis of acupuncture and massage rehabilitation physiotherapy,the combined application of Buyang Huanwu Decoction can effectively reduce the symptoms of patients,improve the clinical efficacy,and improve their neurological function and daily living ability.
