间歇脉冲加压抗栓系统联合依诺肝素钠对剖宫产产妇下肢深静脉血栓的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究间歇脉冲加压抗栓系统联合依诺肝素钠对剖宫产产妇下肢深静脉血栓的治疗效果。方法非随机选取2022年6月—2023年10月聊城市妇幼保健院产科102例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分成对照组和治疗组,每组51例,对照组产妇采取常规干预加依诺肝素钠治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合间歇脉冲加压抗栓系统治疗,对比两组产妇的凝血功能、下肢静脉血流速度、下肢深静脉血栓发生情况。结果治疗组产妇的凝血功能、下肢血流速度较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组产妇的下肢深静脉血栓发生率为3.92%(2/51),较对照组的19.61%(10/51)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.044,P<0.05)。结论间歇脉冲加压抗栓系统联合依诺肝素钠干预,对产妇的凝血功能、下肢血液流速等均有改善,有效降低血栓发生率,效果较好。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of intermittent pulse pressure antithrombotic system combined with enoxaparin sodium on lower limb deep venous thrombosis of puerperae after cesarean section.Methods From June 2022 to October 2023,102 cases of puerperae after cesarean section from the Obstetrics Department of Liaocheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods they were divided into control group and treatment group,and 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention and enoxaparin sodium,and the treatment group was treated with intermittent pulse pressure antithrombotic system on the basis of the control group.The coagulation function,lower limb venous blood flow velocity and lower limb deep venous thrombosis of the two groups were compared.Results The coagulation function indexes and blood flow velocity of the lower limbs of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs of the treatment group was 3.92%(2/51),lower than 19.61%(10/51)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.044,P<0.05).Conclusion The intermittent pulse pressure antithrombotic system combined with enoxaparin sodium intervention can improve the coagulation function and blood flow velocity of the lower limbs of the puerperae,effectively reduce the incidence of thrombosis,and the effect were good.
