腭帆肌悬吊术在成人重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征疾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析成人重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)患者实施腭帆肌悬吊术治疗的价值。方法非随机选取2022年12月—2023年12月滕州市中心人民医院收治的86例成人重度OSAHS患者为研究对象,按治疗方法分为参考组与实践组,每组43例。参考组行常规手术,实践组辅以腭帆肌悬吊术。比较两组恢复情况、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果实践组打鼾、嗜睡评分低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实践组总有效率为97.67%(42/43),高于参考组的83.72%(36/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.961,P<0.05)。实践组并发症发生率低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腭帆肌悬吊术治疗成人重度OSAHS的效果好,有效改善重度OSAHS相关症状,减少并发症。Objective To analyze the value of implementing palatal sail muscle suspension for the treatment of adult patients with severe obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Eighty-six adult patients with severe OSAHS admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects,and were divided into reference group and practice group according to treatment methods,with forty-three cases in each group.The reference group underwent conventional surgery,and the practice group was supplemented with palatal sail muscle suspension.The two groups were compared in terms of recovery,clinical efficacy and complications.Results Snoring and drowsiness scores in the practice group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of the practice group was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than 83.72%(36/43)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.961,P<0.05).The complication rate of the practice group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Palate sail muscle suspension is effective in the treatment of severe OSAHS in adults,which can effectively improve the symptoms of severe OSAHS and reduce complications.
