急性心肌梗死后进行心脏康复治疗对系列临床指标的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者进行心脏康复治疗的效果。方法目的选取山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院于2020年4月—2022年9月收治的急性心肌梗死患者120例为研究对象,按治疗方法分为两组,每组60例。参照组给予阿司匹林治疗;研究组在参照组基础上给予心脏康复治疗。比较两组心功能指标、炎症指标。结果治疗后,研究组心功能指标均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组超敏C反应蛋白为(3.02±0.56)mg/L,低于参照组的(5.78±2.46)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=8.473,P<0.05)。研究组中性粒细胞、白细胞及淋巴细胞均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者进行心脏康复治疗,可改善心功能相关指标,降低hs-CRP水平。Objective To explore the effects of cardiac rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction Methods A total of 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Shandong Guoxin Yiyuan Group Zaozhuang Central Hospital from April 2020 to September 2022 were purposefully selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with 60 cases in each group.The reference group was given aspirin treatment;the study group was given cardiac rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the reference group.Compared the cardiac function indexes and inflammation indexes of the two groups.Results After treatment,all cardiac function indexes in the study group were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The high-sensitivity C-reactive protein of the study group was(3.02±0.56)mg/L,which was lower than(5.78±2.46)mg/L of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.473,P<0.05).Neutrophil,leukocyte and lymphocyte in the study group were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction improves cardiac function-related indices and reduces hs-CRP levels.
