摘 要:目的 分析特发性肺纤维化(idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, IPF)呼吸困难患者实施吸入性激素联合抗氧化剂治疗的效果。方法 非随机选取2021年1月—2023年1月巨野县北城医院收治的66例IPF患者为研究对象,按治疗方法分为两组,各33例。激素组使用吸入性激素治疗,综合组使用吸入性激素联合抗氧化剂治疗。比较两组呼吸困难程度、肺功能指标、纤维化指标及治疗总有效率。结果 综合组患者呼吸困难程度优于激素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合组肺功能、纤维化指标均优于激素组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。综合组总有效率为96.97%(32/33),高于激素组的75.76%(25/33),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.632,P<0.05)。结论 吸入性激素联合抗氧化剂的治疗方案能降低IPF患者呼吸困难程度,改善肺功能及纤维化状态,提高治疗有效率。Objective To analyze the effect of inhaled hormones combined with antioxidant therapy in dyspneic patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF).Methods Sixty-six cases of IPF patients admitted to Beicheng Hospital in Juye County from January 2021 to January 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,each with thirty-three cases.The hormone group was treated with inhaled hormones,and the comprehensive group was treated with inhaled hormones combined with antioxidants.The degree of dyspnea,lung function indexes,fibrosis indexes and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of dyspnea of patients in the comprehensive group was better than that of the hormone group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Lung function and fibrosis indexes of the comprehensive group were better than those of the hormone group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the comprehensive group was 96.97%(32/33),which was higher than 75.76%(25/33)of the hormone group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.632,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of inhaled hormones combined with antioxidants can reduce the degree of dyspnea in patients with IPF,improve lung function and fibrosis,and improve the effective rate of treatment.
