摘 要:目的分析经阿奇霉素、依托红霉素治疗类百日咳患儿的临床疗效。方法非随机选取2023年1月—2024年1月在兴义市人民医院治疗的88例类百日咳患儿为研究对象。按照用药方式不同分为两组,各44例。参比组患儿予以依托红霉素治疗,观察组患儿予以阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、治疗相关指标、实验室相关指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.73%(43/44)高于参比组的81.82%(36/44),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.064,P=0.013)。观察组治疗相关指标优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞计数、淋巴细胞百分比、C反应蛋白水平均低于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床在治疗类百日咳患儿时,相比依托红霉素,予以患儿阿奇霉素的疗效更高,更利于患儿临床症状改善。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of azithromycin and erythromycin in the treatment of children with pertussis.Methods A total of eighty-eight children with pertussis-like who were treated in Xingyi People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects.According to different medication methods,they were divided into two groups,forty-four cases in each group.The children in the reference group were treated with erythromycin,and the children in the observation group were treated with azithromycin.The clinical efficacy,treatment-related indicators,laboratory-related indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.73%(43/44)higher than 81.82%(36/44)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.064,P=0.013).The treatment-related indicators in the observation group were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count,lymphocyte percentage and C-reactive protein level in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of children with pertussis,compared with erythromycin,azithromycin is more effective in children,which is more conducive to the improvement of clinical symptoms.
