会阴侧切连续缝合与间断缝合在产科手术中的运用效果对比

摘　　要：目的对比产科手术中会阴侧切采用连续缝合与间断缝合方法的效果。方法非随机选取2021年3月—2023年10月东平县人民医院产科手术中的108例顺产且会阴侧切产妇为研究对象。按照缝合方案不同分为两组,每组54例。间断组采用间断缝合法,连续组采用连续缝合法。对比两组产妇采用不同缝合方法缝合会阴侧切的效果。结果连续组产妇的会阴切口缝合时间、切口疼痛时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间均短于间断组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。连续组切口愈合情况优于间断组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。连续组不良反应发生率为5.56%(3/54),低于间断组的18.52%(10/54),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.285,P<0.05)。结论在产科手术会阴侧切缝合中,相比间断缝合法,连续缝合法缝合切口的时间更短,有利于切口愈合。Objective To compare the effect of continuous suture and intermittent suture in episiotomy in obstetric surgery.Methods From March 2021 to October 2023,108 pregnant women with vaginal delivery and lateral episiotomy in the obstetrics surgery of Dongping County People's Hospital were non-randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different suture schemes,with 54 cases in each group.Discontinuous group adopts discontinuous seam method and continuous group adopts continuous seam method.Compared the effect of different suture methods on lateral perineal incision between two groups of parturients.Results The perineal incision suture time,incision pain time,incision healing time and hospital stay in continuous group were shorter than those in intermittent group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The wound healing of continuous group was better than that of discontinuous group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in continuous group was 5.56%(3/54),which was lower than 18.52%(10/54)in discontinuous group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.285,P<0.05).Conclusion In lateral perineal suture in obstetric surgery,continuous suture takes less time to close the incision than intermittent suture,which is beneficial to wound healing.
