应用烯丙雌醇片治疗黄体功能不全所致先兆流产的疗效评估分析

摘　　要：目的观察黄体功能不全所致先兆流产患者应用烯丙雌醇片治疗方案的有效性。方法非随机选取2022年1月—2023年12月常州市妇幼保健院收治的76例黄体功能不全所致先兆流产患者为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为两组,每组38例。研究组使用烯丙雌醇片,比较组使用黄体酮注射液,对比两组的治疗效果、临床指标和不良反应。结果研究组总有效率为94.74%(36/38),高于比较组的78.95%(30/38),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.934,P<0.05)。研究组的临床指标优于比较组,不良反应发生率低于比较组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论黄体功能不全所致先兆流产患者使用烯丙雌醇片治疗,可以提高临床效果,优化临床指标,还有助于减少不良反应。Objective To observe the effectiveness of allylestradiol tablets in the treatment of threatened abortion caused by luteal insufficiency.Methods Seventy-six patients with threatened abortion due to luteal insufficiency admitted to Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with thirty-eight cases in each group.The study group used allylestradiol tablets,and the comparison group used progesterone injection.The therapeutic effect,clinical indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.74%(36/38),which was higher than 78.95%(30/38)of the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.934,P<0.05).The clinical indicators of the study group were better than those of the comparison group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the comparison group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of allylestradiol tablets in the treatment of threatened abortion caused by luteal insufficiency can improve the clinical effect,optimize the clinical indicators,and help reduce the adverse reactions.
