艾瑞昔布超前镇痛在下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 研究药物艾瑞昔布用于下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术超前镇痛的临床效果。方法 非随机选取马鞍山市人民医院口腔科于2022年12月—2023年3月接受下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除的60例患者为研究对象。根据给药方式不同分为两组,各30例,观察组给予艾瑞昔布超前镇痛,对照组予以安慰剂维生素C片。比较两组患者创面疼痛、吞咽疼痛及张口疼痛的疼痛程度及不良反应。结果 观察组患者术后2、4、6、12 h的创面疼痛、吞咽疼痛及张口疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应总发生率为3.33%(1/30),低于对照组的16.67%(5/30),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.667,P=0.197)。结论 艾瑞昔布用于下颌阻生第三磨牙拔牙术的超前镇痛治疗,能够减轻患者术后创面、吞咽及张口等多方面的疼痛程度,且不良反应总发生率较低。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of etoricoxib for preemptive analgesia in mandibular impacted third molar extraction surgery.Methods From December 2022 to March 2023,sixty patients with mandibular impacted third molar extraction in the Department of Stomatology of Ma'anshan People's Hospital were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to the different administration methods,they were divided into two groups,thirty cases in each group.The observation group was given preemptive analgesia with imrecoxib,and the control group was given placebo vitamin C tablets.The pain degree of wound pain,swallowing pain,mouth opening pain and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of wound pain,swallowing pain and mouth opening pain at 2,4,6 and 12 h after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%(1/30),which was lower than 16.67%(5/30)in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.667,P=0.197).Conclusion Etoricoxib is used for preemptive analgesia in the extraction of mandibular impacted third molars.It can reduce the degree of pain in patients with postoperative wound,swallowing and mouth opening,and the total incidence of adverse reactions is low.
